Dispatcher

We are looking for a dependable Dispatcher to join our team on a Contract basis. In this role, you will coordinate service activity, support customers by phone, and help keep daily operations organized and on schedule. This position is best suited for someone who stays composed under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to follow through on service needs.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee daily service tickets, ensuring assignments are accurate and updated throughout the day.
• Coordinate technician schedules and route incoming service requests to the appropriate field personnel.
• Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to customers in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding service timing, status changes, and next steps.
• Monitor multiple priorities in a busy office setting while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Learn company service offerings and apply that knowledge when addressing customer questions and scheduling needs.
• Maintain an orderly work area and contribute to general front-office support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or a customer-focused call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and field staff.
• Comfortable using dispatching tools, scheduling systems, and general computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, stay organized, and consistently follow up on open items.
• Customer-first approach with empathy, patience, and sound problem-solving judgment.
• Ability to work on site in Austell, Georgia; this is not a remote position.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
