Global Payroll Analyst
A growing, publicly traded life sciences organization in Morris County is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join its Accounting and Finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a payroll professional who wants to take ownership of payroll operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while gaining exposure to both U.S. and international payroll.
The organization is expanding globally and looking for someone who can help build scalable payroll processes, partner closely with HR and Finance, and ultimately become the go-to payroll resource for the business.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for a growing employee population
- Manage semi-monthly payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate processing
- Coordinate payroll activities across multiple countries and external payroll providers
- Support employees in the U.S., U.K., Australia, and other international locations as the company expands
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and payroll tax requirements
- Review payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, benefit deductions, and leave activity
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Partner with HR and Finance to maintain payroll data integrity across systems
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and process improvements
- Cross-train within accounting operations to support broader team initiatives
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required (flexibility for candidates with significant payroll experience and CPP certification)
- 3+ years of payroll experience with demonstrated ownership of the payroll process
- Experience processing multi-state payroll
- Exposure to international payroll and global workforce operations
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and payroll best practices
- Experience working with external payroll vendors and providers
- Paylocity experience strongly preferred
- CPP certification highly preferred
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Ability to thrive in a growing organization where processes continue to evolve
Compensation
