Marketing Reporting Associate
We are looking for a Marketing Reporting Associate to support the creation of high-quality, compliant reporting materials for institutional investors and consultant audiences. This position works closely with relationship management, investment, and product teams to keep marketing content accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities. The role offers the chance to contribute to a global investment management environment while improving the quality and efficiency of proposal and reporting deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare customized proposals, due diligence responses, and consultant materials that are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
• Work closely with client-facing and consultant relations partners to shape messaging that reflects current strategies and business objectives.
• Keep marketing data, product details, and investment information current across multiple strategies and asset classes.
• Coordinate with investment professionals and product specialists to gather insights that strengthen client and consultant reporting content.
• Support ongoing consultant relations activity by helping maintain clear, consistent, and responsive communications.
• Use proposal management platforms such as Loopio to organize content and improve the efficiency of recurring reporting workflows.
• Review written materials carefully to ensure they are precise, complete, and tailored to the needs of each audience.
• Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance the consistency and turnaround time of reporting deliverables.

• Maintain and update accurate marketing and strategy information across various asset classes.
• Partner with investment and product teams to gain insights and enhance reporting materials.
• Provide ongoing support for consultant relations, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Utilize tools such as Loopio to streamline the proposal and reporting processes.
• Ensure all written materials are thorough, precise, and tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the development of initiatives that improve the efficiency of reporting and proposal workflows.
• Stay informed about financial market trends and integrate relevant insights into reporting.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for career growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Expertise in producing RFPs, DDQs, and other client-centric reports.
• Strong analytical skills paired with excellent writing abilities.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Loopio or similar platforms for proposal management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.

Compensation
