Human Resources (HR) Generalist
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support a broad range of people operations in Wahiawa, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in strengthening employee support, coordinating onboarding activities, and assisting with daily HR administration. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in employee relations, benefits support, and HR systems while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day human resources operations, including record maintenance, policy administration, and employee documentation.
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation steps, and ensuring a smooth start.
• Address employee relations matters with discretion, providing timely follow-up and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Assist with benefits-related activities such as employee inquiries, enrollment support, and updates to eligibility records.
• Maintain accurate information within HRIS platforms and help ensure data integrity across personnel files and system entries.
• Partner with managers and internal stakeholders to respond to HR questions and support consistent application of workplace policies.
• Prepare reports, track HR metrics, and help organize documentation needed for audits or compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a human resources generalist or comparable HR support role.• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and standard HR administrative processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding coordination and benefits administration tasks.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS tools to enter, update, and maintain employee information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage sensitive records accurately and confidentially.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to employee support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation
