Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a short-term temporary Lot Attendant/Supervisor for our client in Concord. Lot Attendant/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the parking lot, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. This role combines hands-on lot management with excellent customer service and clear communication, as well as supervisory responsibilities for other lot staff.
Lot Attendant/Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of the lot, including directing attendants, monitoring traffic flow, and maintaining lot appearance
Greet and assist customers, providing directions, answering questions, and delivering a high standard of service
Ensure safety protocols and company policies are consistently followed
Manage lot organization by directing vehicle parking and the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor lot equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues
Train and mentor new lot staff as needed
Maintain accurate records and reports related to lot occupancy and staff attendance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in a supervisor or team lead role preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated strength in customer service with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to give accurate directions and updates
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is preferred
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling customer concerns or operational issues
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods

Compensation
