Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a temporary assignment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and customers
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and logistics reports
• Resolve transportation and delivery issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, WMS, or transportation systems
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams
• Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required
