Business Analyst - IFS Cloud
Full-time hours - HYBRID schedule out of Tampa (33626)
Day in the life:
- Support and troubleshoot IFS Cloud ERP and enterprise applications.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve application issues.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop reports using IFS Report Studio.
- Build dashboards and analytics in Power BI and IFS Lobbies.
- Support integrations across enterprise applications.
- Identify process improvements and automate manual workflows.
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigations.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training.
- Utilize AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and productivity.
Environment/Team:
- Cross-functional Business Applications team supporting multiple business units.
- Works closely with business users, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Collaborative environment focused on continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Top Skills/Experience Looking For:
- Hands-on experience supporting IFS Cloud ERP.
- Strong query development experience using Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with report development and data analytics using IFS Report Studio, Power BI (including data modeling and DAX), Crystal Reports, SSRS, Tableau, or comparable tools; familiarity with related database toolsets (e.g., TOAD, SSMS).
- Experience dealing with all levels of personnel in an organization.
Nice to haves:

- Oracle and SQL Server
- ERP implementation experience

Compensation
