Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing exceptional service while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to maintain a positive attitude while handling a high volume of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate Process orders, requests, and service-related transactions Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and internal systems Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs Perform data entry and administrative support duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, or office support experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills detail oriented and positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Compensation

$19.00-$21.00 Hourly
