Event Coordinator

We are seeking reliable and personable Event Coordinator / Event Support Staff to assist with the successful execution of events. This role will support event setup, registration, guest check-in, customer service, event logistics, and general onsite coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, comfortable interacting with the public, and able to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced event environment.

Qualifications:

Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, signage, supplies, and event materials Welcome and assist guests upon arrival Manage guest registration, check-in, and event materials Provide excellent customer service and answer attendee questions Help coordinate event schedules and activities Monitor event areas and ensure they remain clean, organized, and presentable Distribute event materials, badges, programs, or other supplies Communicate with event coordinators and team members regarding event needs Assist with basic administrative and organizational tasks Help troubleshoot guest or event-related issues as they arise Follow all event procedures and safety guidelines Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00 Hourly
