Data Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to support the final phase of an ERP implementation. This role will focus on data integration, ETL development, migration support, reconciliation, and post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, financial data, and large-scale data migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and test the reverse integration between Yardi and Abila MIP, ensuring Yardi transactions successfully post back to MIP as the system of record.
• Develop and support financial data extracts, mappings, reconciliation processes, and exception handling.
• Execute Trial Balance (TB) and Job Cost Adjustment (JCA) data loads and perform reconciliation to source systems.
• Support budget and forecast ETL processes as requirements are finalized.
• Resolve data migration and integration issues identified during UAT.
• Assist with data validation efforts for Finance, Accounting, and HR teams prior to go-live.
• Perform recurring MIP data refreshes through cutover.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or Integration Engineer.
• Strong SQL, ETL, data migration, and reconciliation experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations.
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality, mapping, and integration issues.
• Strong testing, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi, Abila MIP, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
• Experience supporting financial systems, GL integrations, and trial balance processes.
• Familiarity with UAT, cutover, and post-production support.
