Junior HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry level HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their HR career while gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and employee support. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping employees and supporting HR initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Coordinate new permanent onboarding and orientation processes Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Support benefits administration and employee enrollments Prepare employment-related documents, including offer letters and onboarding paperwork Assist with employee training and engagement initiatives Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Track and maintain HR reports, metrics, and compliance documentation Support payroll processing and timekeeping activities as needed Assist with special HR projects and general administrative tasks Desired Skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Eagerness to learn and grow within Human Resources

Qualifications:

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or office support experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience with HRIS systems is a plus

Compensation

$22.00-$24.00 Hourly
