Entry Level AP/AR

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build foundational experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, accounting support, and business operations.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial documentation
• Reconcile accounts and help ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities
• Support internal controls, audit preparation, and compliance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Internship, part-time experience, or relevant coursework preferred
