AIA Contracts Admin
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the review, administration, and management of contracts throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AIA contracts and construction-related agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies while partnering closely with project managers, accounting, legal, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, process, and maintain construction contracts and contract-related documentation.
- Administer and track AIA agreements, amendments, change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Ensure contract compliance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract files, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership teams to monitor contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Track insurance certificates, bonding requirements, lien waivers, and other contract-related documentation.
- Assist with contract negotiations and redline reviews as needed.
- Support project setup and ensure executed agreements are received prior to project commencement.
- Maintain reports related to contract status, renewals, expiration dates, and outstanding documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors regarding contractual matters.
- Identify potential contract risks and escalate concerns to management when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of contract administration experience within construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries.
- Experience working with AIA contract documents required.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with construction management or ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
