HR Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking an organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This position will assist with onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Assist with recruiting and hiring processes
- Perform various administrative HR tasks
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
