Use Data and Strategic Planning to Support Student Success

The University of Kentucky is seeking an Academic Coordinator/Data Analyst to join the College of Arts & Sciences Academic Scheduling team.

This position plays a vital role in academic planning, course scheduling, enrollment management, and data analysis. The successful candidate will help ensure students have access to the courses they need while providing data-driven insights that support academic departments, enrollment planning, and college-wide decision-making.

What You’ll Do
  • Audit, maintain, and update course schedules within the university’s SAP scheduling system
  • Coordinate course scheduling activities and assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and discrepancies
  • Support course changes, instructor assignments, and approval workflows
  • Analyze enrollment trends and prepare reports using Tableau, Excel, and other institutional tools
  • Develop data-informed recommendations that support course planning, instructional capacity, and student success initiatives
  • Monitor enrollment activity and assist with strategic enrollment planning efforts
  • Support registration processes, course placement activities, and approved registration overrides
  • Collaborate with academic departments, college leadership, and university partners to support scheduling and enrollment objectives

Minimum Requirements
  • Master’s degree
