Position Description

Myers & Sons Construction is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, marital status, genetic information, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. Are you a Superintendent with water, wastewater, or PFAS treatment construction experience looking to join a company whose water and wastewater backlog has grown to over $115M in the last year and is looking for future field operations leaders?

Are you looking for a genuine, defined path of career progression into leading the company's entire water portfolio in Colorado as General Superintendent, rather than a vague promise of "opportunities down the road"?

The Value Proposition

Myers & Sons in Colorado has grown its backlog to over $115M in the past year, and water and wastewater work is set to become the majority of that backlog moving forward. This role is at the center of - and critical to - that growth: you will run a live CMAR water treatment or PFAS project with full accountability for schedule, subcontractors, and field execution, working alongside the regional VP and a close-knit team.

This is also a genuine development path, not just a field role. As the water division scales, the company is actively building out and investing in its future executives in the region. Someone who can demonstrate they know how to run work and lead other Superintendents here is the natural next candidate to grow into the available leadership roles. Projects typically run $5M–$30M, based out of the Brighton office, and all work is in the Colorado area.
