Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives that drive business value across the enterprise. Reporting to the Transformation Management VP within Global Business Services (GBS), this person will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders—identifying opportunities, developing compelling business cases, improving operational processes, and executing complex programs that achieve measurable outcomes.
This role combines program leadership, business analysis, process improvement, financial acumen, and stakeholder management to guide initiatives from concept through implementation. The Program Manager will work across multiple functions and business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, resource priorities, and expected business benefits.
What you’ll do
Program and project management
- Lead large-scale strategic programs and initiatives from inception through delivery.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
- Establish governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and business outcomes.
- Facilitate decision-making and alignment among executive stakeholders and project teams.
- Implement program and project management best practices, standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Track and report program performance, schedule adherence, budget status, and benefit realization.
Stakeholder and change leadership
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders across Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, Product, and other functions.
- Develop executive-level presentations and communications for steering committee and leadership reviews.
- Support organizational change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and business insights.
- Foster collaboration across teams to support successful program execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Prefer Master's degree or MBA
Required Skills and Experience: At least 7 years of experience in program management, business transformation, consulting, operational improvement, or closely related work. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience working across multiple business functions in a matrixed environment. Strong program and project management capabilities. Ability to develop business cases, ROI analyses, and benefit realization plans. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as project management platforms. Experience with portfolio management and governance.
Desired Skills and Experience: PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or an equivalent certification. Experience in management consulting or business transformation environments. Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation initiatives. Familiarity with process automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $98,700 - $128,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
