Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
- Upload supporting documents to the Undergraduate Program Portal (UPP).
- Ensure all students remain compliant with BLS certification and vaccinations throughout the program.
- Notify students of any required items before processing their clinical paperwork, and place holds on to students until the missing items are received.
- Review information for new incoming ABSN and RN-BSN students at orientation, specific to affiliation agreements, clinical compliance, and clinical onboarding through in-person Zoom meetings.
- Implement clinical site approval and attestations/onboarding processes for undergraduate students.
- Manage the processing of articulation agreements for the School of Nursing.
- Assist with clinical placements for TUG and graduate students.
- Serve as an assistant to the affiliation agreement coordinator in meeting the academic needs of all students for contractual requirements, prior to clinical placement.
- Perform affiliation agreement audits yearly to ensure the listed site information is accurate.
- Maintain shared drive files of agreements and add new clinical paperwork when given with the affiliation agreement.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working within higher education.
- Experience working within admissions within a university.
