Leidos is seeking a Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Manager, Indo-Pacific Logistics Integration in Santa Rita, Guam. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills and experience to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) contract by providing comprehensive, adaptive, and fully integrated logistics and sustainment services across the Indo-Pacific region to support the missions of SOCPAC, PACFLT, PACAF, USARPAC, and MARFORPAC.

This challenging and rewarding position involves leading the activation, integration, build-up, and day-to-day execution of JTDC operations in Guam. The JTDC Manager establishes site priorities and operating rhythms, synchronizes the seven functional teams, coordinates with Government leadership and mission partners, and maintains overall responsibility for site readiness, safety, throughput, and mission execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct overall JTDC activation, build-up, transition, and steady-state operations.
  • Establish priorities, operating rhythms, reporting requirements, and performance expectations.
  • Lead and supervise the seven functional JTDC Team Leads.
  • Integrate supply, warehouse, transportation, staging, maintenance, facilities, mission operations, security, quality, planning, and training activities.
  • Resolve conflicts, competing priorities, and resource constraints among functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Government leadership, supported commands, customers, and mission partners.
  • Maintain responsibility for site safety, readiness, throughput, performance, and mission execution.
  • Monitor organizational performance and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Ensure JTDC activities comply with applicable contract, Government, safety, security, and operational requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in logistics, sustainment, distribution, supply-chain, or related operational environments.
  • Experience managing multiple functional teams and coordinating competing operational requirements.
  • Experience interacting with Government customers and senior operational stakeholders.
  • Top Secret–SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing a Joint Theater Distribution Center, distribution hub, depot, or comparable DoD logistics operation.
  • Experience supporting DoD logistics and sustainment operations in the Indo-Pacific region.
  • Expert understanding of supply, warehousing, transportation, maintenance, facilities, security, and readiness operations.
  • Experience supporting SOCPAC, PACFLT, PACAF, USARPAC, MARFORPAC, or other INDOPACOM organizations.
  • PMP, logistics, supply-chain, Defense Acquisition, or related professional certification.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
