Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate front-office and administrative activities to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide courteous support to clients and internal team members.
• Maintain organized records, enter data accurately, and track important documents and tasks to completion.
• Manage multiple assignments at once, adjusting priorities as business needs change throughout the day.
• Monitor administrative processes, identify potential issues early, and take initiative to help resolve them.
• Support office scheduling, correspondence, and general clerical tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Work independently when needed while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Use office technology and computer-based systems confidently to complete administrative and receptionist-related duties.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, reception, or a related function.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities effectively.
• Clear and attentive communication skills, including confidence when handling inbound phone calls and interacting with clients.
• High level of dependability, punctuality, and accountability in completing assigned responsibilities.
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail in managing records and documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a service-oriented setting.
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software to perform daily administrative tasks.
Compensation
