Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Specialist to support service coordination activities with a company in the Bridgeville area. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, help organize service appointments, and ensure field technicians are deployed efficiently. This opportunity is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer communications and route questions or concerns to the appropriate team members for prompt resolution.

• Review customer service needs, determine appropriate next steps, and arrange on-site visits when service is required.

• Plan and coordinate service appointments and recurring inspection visits for commercial clients.

• Match technicians to assignments by considering qualifications, availability, workload balance, and travel area.

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and field personnel to support timely and effective service delivery.

• Keep scheduling details, service records, and appointment information accurate and up to date.

• Adjust priorities throughout the day to address urgent requests and shifting operational demands.

• Deliver courteous, detail-oriented support that reflects a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer support, scheduling, dispatch, office administration, or a related position is preferred.
• Strong ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and remain accurate in a busy environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with solid judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions with limited supervision.
• High attention to detail and a consistent approach to follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer-based business tools.
• Experience coordinating field technicians or service teams is an advantage.
• Familiarity with customer service software is helpful.

Compensation

$42,000.00-$57,000.00 Yearly
