Programmatic Strategist

We are looking for a Programmatic Strategist to lead audience-first media planning and campaign execution for digital advertising initiatives in New York, New York. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can translate business goals into data-informed programmatic strategies, optimize performance across DSP environments, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. The position offers the opportunity to shape campaign direction, uncover growth opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes through smart media investment decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop end-to-end programmatic media strategies aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, and performance goals.
• Manage campaign activation, pacing, and optimization across DSP platforms, with a strong emphasis on The Trade Desk.
• Analyze delivery, engagement, and conversion trends to refine bidding, targeting, inventory selection, and budget allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build media recommendations, present insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor campaign health proactively and implement adjustments that improve efficiency, scale, and return on ad spend.
• Evaluate audience, contextual, and inventory opportunities to strengthen media performance and expand reach.
• Prepare clear performance updates and post-campaign recaps that highlight learnings, results, and next-step recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies for digital campaigns.
• Practical expertise working within DSP platforms, including strong familiarity with The Trade Desk.
• Solid understanding of programmatic buying principles, campaign optimization methods, and performance measurement.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and convert findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign insights to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$85,000.00 Yearly
