HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HRIS operations, including data maintenance, system updates, and issue resolution to ensure reliable performance.
• Analyze HR data and system outputs to identify inconsistencies, recommend improvements, and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements and help configure system enhancements that align with operational needs.
• Support HRIS implementation activities such as testing, validation, documentation, and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Maintain the accuracy, organization, and security of HRIS databases through regular audits and process controls.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data extracts to provide meaningful workforce information to internal teams.
• Investigate system-related problems, coordinate solutions, and track follow-up actions to minimize disruption.
• Document workflows, system procedures, and best practices to strengthen consistency and user adoption.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with HRIS platforms in a support, analysis, or administration capacity.• Strong knowledge of HR data structures, database maintenance, and system functionality within Human Resources environments.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical HRIS solutions.
• Background supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or configuration changes.
• Proficiency in data validation, reporting, and identifying discrepancies within system records.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation
