Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring requests are reviewed, entered accurately, and processed in line with established operating standards.
• Coordinate product replenishment between company locations to maintain material availability and support customer demand.
• Track open orders with international and domestic partners, helping prioritize fulfillment and resolve delays that could affect delivery commitments.
• Manage inventory levels against forecasted demand and agreed safety stock targets to support consistent service performance.
• Work closely with purchasing, shipping, and logistics partners to control supply chain expenses while maintaining delivery expectations.
• Identify potential supply disruptions early and organize corrective actions to reduce risk to customers and operations.
• Consolidate customer demand information, including orders and forecasts, into internal tracking tools to improve planning visibility.
• Monitor outbound shipments and follow through to ensure deliveries meet agreed terms and customer expectations.
• Maintain and refine documented procedures for supply chain activities and provide operational backup support across shipping, accounting, and other non-technical shop functions as needed.
• Assist with recruitment-related and other administrative support activities when requested by leadership.
Qualifications:
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or supply planning within a customer-focused environment.• Working knowledge of purchase order processing, inventory control, and fulfillment coordination across multiple sites.
• Ability to manage supply chain activity involving global partners, vendors, or distribution locations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities, monitor timelines, and respond quickly to changing demand.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with customers, internal teams, and external logistics partners.
• Proficiency with order tracking systems, forecasting tools, and standard business software used in supply chain operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify service risks, evaluate inventory needs, and support cost-conscious decisions.
Compensation
