Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues affecting end users.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 environments.
• Handle incoming service desk tickets, prioritize requests, and document resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Support user account administration tasks such as access updates, password assistance, and directory-related requests within Active Directory.
• Investigate basic software and hardware malfunctions and escalate more complex incidents when needed.
• Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices to ensure reliable day-to-day operation.
• Communicate with users in a clear and attentive manner to gather issue details, explain solutions, and confirm problem resolution.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a detail-oriented IT environment.• Working knowledge of Active Directory for user account and access support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 systems.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with managing and updating service desk tickets in a structured support process.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to end-user support.
Compensation
