Accounting Specialist
We’re hiring an Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting tasks, including processing payments, invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Process invoices, payments, refunds, and credits
- Record customer payments and prepare deposits
- Review accounts, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile credit cards
- Communicate with vendors on billing and payment issues
- Track past-due balances and support collections
- Maintain accurate ledgers, files, and internal controls
- Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of experience handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities in a fast-paced accounting environment.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research discrepancies and resolve payment or billing issues efficiently.
Compensation
