Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, employees, and vendors in a courteous manner while maintaining an experienced and detail-oriented front-desk presence.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to routine inquiries in a timely way.
• Coordinate reception area activities by managing schedules, tracking appointments, and helping the office stay organized throughout the day.
• Perform administrative support duties such as scanning documents, filing records, and handling general clerical requests from internal teams.
• Monitor office timelines and assist with prioritizing tasks to ensure daily deadlines and coverage needs are met.
• Support project-related administrative work by organizing materials, maintaining documentation, and assisting with scheduling needs tied to active initiatives.
• Help facilitate communication between departments and visitors to ensure information is routed correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain orderly common areas and front-office resources so the workplace remains presentable and functional at all times.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role in a detail-oriented office setting.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with visitors and internal staff.
• Proficiency in scanning, document handling, and general clerical or office coordination tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting administrative needs related to projects, scheduling, or office operations.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to provide consistent onsite support during the Contract assignment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where discretion, responsiveness, and a strong sense of workplace conduct are essential.
Compensation
