Project Coordinator – Potential Opening

Temp-to-Hire

Starting salary: $50K, with significant opportunity for growth as the company grows

Construction background preferred/required

Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn/use AI tools

Needs to be someone who is not intimidated by AI and is willing to challenge it, ask questions, and think critically rather than simply accepting its output

Basic accounting knowledge is helpful. The company's system handles much of the accounting, so they don't need a full accounting background.

Looking for someone highly organized who can keep things on track, clean up processes, and handle the day-to-day administrative “bullshit” that comes with the business

Essentially looking for a highly dependable, organized right-hand person who can bring structure to the operation and grow into a larger role with the company

Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar administrative role.
• Background in construction or familiarity with construction project environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep details accurate and up to date.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence working with business technology tools.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools with sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts such as tracking invoices, expenses, or financial records is helpful.
• Reliable communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
