Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting records for our organization. This role requires a strong background in financial reporting, payroll management, and nonprofit accounting practices. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and presenting financial insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the monthly accounting close process and generate comprehensive financial reports.
• Present financial data and insights at Finance Committee and Board of Directors meetings.
• Address client inquiries promptly with accurate financial information.
• Maintain and manage accounting systems while ensuring the integrity of financial records.
• Supervise bi-monthly payroll operations, guaranteeing accurate employee compensation and timely tax payments.
• Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage grant accounting processes to align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable standards and practices.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Expertise in nonprofit financial operations, including grant accounting.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax compliance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities for presenting financial data to stakeholders.
• Adept at maintaining accurate and detailed financial records.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Compensation

$110,000.00-$130,000.00 Yearly
