Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires, including preparing documentation, scheduling required steps, and helping employees complete pre-employment processes.
• Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS to ensure records remain accurate, current, and compliant with internal standards.
• Support screening administration by initiating screenings, tracking progress, and following up on outstanding items.
• Respond to routine employee questions and direct HR-related concerns to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Assist with general HR administrative work such as document filing, data entry, correspondence, and status tracking.
• Help monitor onboarding and employment documentation for completeness and accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR staff to support employee relations activities and contribute to timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports or summaries from HR systems and records to support workforce administration and operational planning.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting HR administration in a detail-oriented office environment.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain confidential employee data accurately.
• Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.
• Familiarity with hiring support processes and related administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and internal leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Compensation
