Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate information processing and record maintenance. Responsibilities:

• Enter and update large volumes of information in digital systems with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.

• Review documents and source materials to verify details before inputting records into databases and tracking tools.

• Process numeric and text-based data while maintaining consistency across multiple files and platforms.

• Identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate information and resolve discrepancies through careful follow-up.

• Organize electronic records so information can be retrieved quickly and maintained in a clear format.

• Support customer service-related administrative tasks by responding to routine inquiries or directing requests appropriately.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to perform data entry work with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong typing skills and comfort working with both numeric and text-heavy information.
• Experience using computers and standard data entry systems in a work setting.
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
• Effective communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting productivity expectations.

Compensation

$18.00-$20.00 Hourly
