Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and employees at the front desk, providing a courteous and attentive first point of contact.
• Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to routine inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain reception area organization and help ensure shared office spaces remain presentable throughout the day.
• Support scheduled part-time front desk coverage and follow assigned shift times reliably.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, sorting mail, and handling general office support duties.
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and communicate arrivals to the appropriate internal contacts.
• Assist with office communication and scheduling needs to help daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.
• Basic office skills, including filing, phone handling, and general clerical support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and interact effectively with visitors, staff, and callers.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned part-time contract coverage hours.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation
