Production Designer

We are looking for a Production Designer to support retail and distribution projects for a machinery manufacturing organization in Duluth, Georgia. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can produce high-quality visual assets, maintain packaging and sales support materials, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a primarily remote schedule with regular onsite collaboration one day per week and an initial part-time commitment of three days weekly, with the potential for additional hours as demand increases.

Responsibilities:
• Create and refine digital image assets for retail and distribution use, ensuring visual consistency and production readiness.
• Update packaging artwork and related design files to reflect current product and branding requirements.
• Maintain and revise sales sheets and other supporting collateral with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, following established production standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback, prioritize revisions, and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Manage multiple design updates at once while maintaining quality across recurring and ad hoc assignments.
• Attend onsite meetings in Duluth, Georgia one day per week to align on priorities and project needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for production-focused design work.
• Hands-on experience with print production processes and preparation of final artwork files.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud in a detail-focused design environment.
• Demonstrated production skills with a sharp eye for layout accuracy, file organization, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage recurring updates efficiently while responding to shifting deadlines and business priorities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement with regular onsite presence in Duluth, Georgia.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
