Facilities Coordinator 2
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for workplace and front desk needs, providing timely support to employees, tenants, and visitors.
• Coordinate service requests by logging, assigning, and monitoring work orders through completion with vendors, landlords, or other third-party providers.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and vendor visits, ensuring work is performed according to site expectations, service agreements, and client standards.
• Maintain organized communication with managers, clients, and external partners, escalating issues when necessary to protect service quality and tenant satisfaction.
• Check shared spaces such as break rooms and common areas regularly to confirm supplies are replenished and requests are handled promptly.
• Assist with facility compliance activities by following established procedures and supporting adherence to applicable regulations and operating policies.
• Participate in site inspections and help evaluate vendor performance across both soft and hard facility services.
• Support meetings with vendors and stakeholders, document follow-up items, and help drive service improvements and cost-conscious practices.
• Review vendor progress and related documentation, including invoice support and status reporting, to help maintain accurate records and timely resolution of open items.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, front desk support, or a similar administrative role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally in a highly service-oriented environment.
• Experience using a work order or facilities ticketing system to manage requests and track completion.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors, schedules, and service activities in an onsite office setting.
• Solid administrative skills, including correspondence, reporting, recordkeeping, and follow-up on open requests.
• Working knowledge of facility operations, compliance expectations, and standard workplace procedures.
• Comfortable supporting a site of approximately 50,000 square feet across 3 floors.
• Availability to work onsite in Frisco, Texas for the duration of this Contract assignment.
Compensation
