Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of deliverables, and can create practical structures that support stronger financial and operational decisions. The role works closely with technology and business stakeholders to strengthen planning, reporting, and performance visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technology partners and business leaders to develop a clear understanding of operational needs, cost drivers, and financial priorities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses by building reliable financial models that support accurate planning and performance tracking.
• Refine monthly review activities and budgeting workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision support.
• Perform targeted analyses on demand to address emerging business questions, trends, and leadership requests.
• Create materials and insights that support financial discussions with department leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Design and strengthen reporting structures, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that improve visibility into business performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline departmental processes and recommend practical improvements that increase effectiveness.
• Support broader organizational change efforts by providing analytical insight, structured documentation, and business partnership throughout key initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a closely related role supporting operational decision-making.• Strong capability in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of accountability.
• Proven skill in gathering business needs, reviewing documentation, and identifying gaps or improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum environments and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Background in process improvement, reporting development, or framework design is preferred.
• Experience supporting customer service, call center, or service-oriented business functions is a plus.
Compensation
