Director of Client Services
Responsibilities:
• Build trusted relationships with client marketing and growth leaders to align service delivery with business goals and long-term success.
• Evaluate partner performance metrics and key objectives, then create action plans that improve results and support account retention.
• Serve as a strategic consultant by uncovering growth opportunities and recommending solutions that increase value for each client.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to keep client initiatives on track, ensure consistent execution, and maintain high service standards.
• Lead recurring meetings with partners to review outcomes, address concerns, share updates, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Use reporting and performance insights to assess account health, surface challenges early, and refine the client experience.
• Partner with internal teams to represent client needs and advocate for enhancements that strengthen long-term satisfaction and measurable growth.
• Support campaign scaling and funnel improvement efforts across paid and organic marketing channels through data-informed recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Experience leading customer success, partner success, account management, or client services functions in a SaaS, MarTech, or similar environment.• Strong background in marketing, with hands-on knowledge of growth strategy, acquisition channels, funnel performance, and campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends, and communicate strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively across teams, departments, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience supporting clients or partners across different regions, time zones, and working styles.
• Background in digital marketing, performance marketing, or an agency environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and performance-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.
Compensation
