Dispatcher

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Midland, Texas in a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This position supports daily service coordination and administrative accounting tasks in a fast-moving environment, requiring strong communication, organization, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing service requests, coordinating technician schedules, and handling invoice-related data entry while delivering a high level of customer support.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate incoming service requests and organize appointments efficiently to support daily operations.
• Assign technicians to jobs based on scheduling needs, availability, and service priorities.
• Communicate with customers professionally to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Enter invoice information accurately and maintain organized records for billing and administrative tracking.
• Monitor multiple tasks at once in a high-volume setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Support accounting-related clerical activities connected to billing, receivables, and service documentation.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in dispatching, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting billing, accounts receivable, or account reconciliation activities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
