Recruiter – Government Experience

Temporary-to-Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in government or public-sector hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for diverse positions and working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NEOGOV is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding
• Recruit for a variety of administrative, professional, and technical roles
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records
• Support community outreach and job fair initiatives
• Ensure compliance with government hiring policies and

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Government or public-sector recruiting experience strongly preferred
• NEOGOV experience is a major plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities
• Experience with community outreach and diverse candidate sourcing preferred
