Accounting Clerk

We are seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team in Syracuse, NY. This permanent contract position supports daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are assembled, inspected, and packaged according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards. Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Load and unload materials as needed. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors. Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives. Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
