ERP Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Engineer to support and enhance enterprise data solutions that integrate critical business information across ERP platforms. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, data models, reporting datasets, and integrations that enable high-quality analytics and business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Infor, or NetSuite, along with strong SQL, ETL, and cloud data platform expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform, and load ERP data into enterprise data warehouses and analytics platforms.
• Build and optimize integrations between ERP systems and downstream applications.
• Develop scalable data models to support reporting, analytics, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders, ERP teams, and analytics teams to understand reporting and data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, validation, governance, and consistency across multiple systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes and resolve data-related issues.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and data conversion efforts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and process flows.
• Optimize database performance, ETL processes, and reporting datasets.
• Support BI platforms including Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ERP Data Management, or Data Integration.
• Experience working with one or more ERP systems:
• Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS
• SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Workday
• NetSuite
• Infor
• Advanced SQL development experience.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT solutions and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with data governance and master data management practices.
• ERP, cloud, or data engineering certifications.
