KYC Analyst

Robert Half is seeking a KYC Analyst on behalf of our client, a growing organization within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. The KYC Analyst will play a key role in supporting onboarding, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities to help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for new and existing clients
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) based on risk profiles
• Review and validate client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Investigate discrepancies, identify potential red flags, and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems with relevant findings
• Partner with compliance, legal, and operations teams to resolve outstanding documentation issues
• Support periodic account reviews and remediation efforts
• Assist with audit requests and regulatory inquiries as needed
• Stay current on AML, KYC, sanctions, and related compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, criminal justice, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, financial crime, or banking operations
• Working knowledge of customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes
• Familiarity with AML and sanctions regulations
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and compliance-related systems preferred
