ERP Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across the organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive system improvements, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments and a strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ERP-related initiatives.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and support ERP modules within Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Support ERP upgrades, implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
• Support data integrity, system governance, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of ERP systems experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following:
• Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS
• SAP ECC / S4HANA
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or CE)
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Operations processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, EDI, or middleware platforms.
• ERP certifications related to Oracle, SAP, or D365.
