HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and support all aspects of human resources operations. This role is responsible for employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to ensure a positive employee experience while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, leave of absence processes, and workers' compensation claims.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support training, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational growth.
- Assist with payroll coordination and compensation reviews as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR) is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
Compensation
