Customer Service Agent

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide high-quality support to customers and help ensure a positive service experience. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account details, or processes
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex concerns when appropriate
• Document customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in internal systems
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with order processing, account updates, or service coordination as needed
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to support service improvements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service or CRM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
