• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices
• Match invoices with supporting documentation and approvals
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare electronic payments and check runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment inquiries
