IT Project Manager

Little Rock, AR 72201, US Full Time
Compensation: $90 to $100 Yearly

  • Lead enterprise technology initiatives involving applications, infrastructure, software implementations, system enhancements, and business process improvements.
  • Work with department leaders to uncover technology needs, define project objectives, establish priorities, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Build project roadmaps covering scope, resources, schedules, budgets, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Manage projects through planning, execution, testing, deployment, go-live, and transition into ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate internal IT resources, business representatives, third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a primary project contact for leadership and provide clear updates regarding progress, decisions, risks, resource requirements, and outstanding issues.
  • Support the organization's Oracle Fusion ERP transformation by coordinating readiness activities across affected departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change strategies designed to help employees understand, prepare for, and successfully adopt new systems and processes.
  • Perform stakeholder mapping, change-impact analysis, readiness evaluations, and organizational assessments for major initiatives.
  • Coordinate user communications, training activities, implementation messaging, and post-launch reinforcement.
  • Establish networks of departmental champions and power users to help drive adoption and provide feedback during major technology changes.
  • Track user adoption, training effectiveness, system proficiency, and other indicators of implementation success.
  • Identify potential resistance or adoption challenges and develop practical approaches to address them.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry practices and make recommendations that could improve organizational efficiency or IT capabilities.
  • Review technology proposals and vendor recommendations and assist leadership with purchasing and contracting decisions.
  • Evaluate proposed applications and solutions for integration, compatibility, security, infrastructure, and alignment with existing technology standards.
  • Monitor project financials, resource utilization, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track.
  • Establish appropriate processes for handling scope changes, project issues, risks, and executive-level decisions.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, requirements, implementation records, and other project artifacts.
  • Identify project dependencies and potential obstacles early and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Provide direction and prioritization to employees and project resources assigned to major initiatives.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT organization.
  • Assist the CIO with evaluating existing technology environments, business processes, policies, and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.



Qualifications:

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting an enterprise ERP implementation, transformation, or modernization program.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with structured change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale technology implementations involving multiple business units.
  • Background working with external implementation partners, software vendors, and consulting organizations.
  • PMP, Prosci, or other recognized project/change management certification is a plus.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, project dashboards, adoption metrics, and implementation reporting.

$90,000.00-$100,000.00 Yearly
