Cumming Group is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance client engagement. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing industry events and sponsorships, promoting thought leadership opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build relationships across the organization while ensuring all marketing activities align with company objectives and brand standards. Through innovative marketing strategies and measurable execution, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in advancing Cumming Group's market presence and business development efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans, campaigns, and content calendars aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and coordinate participation in strategic conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of event execution, including registrations, sponsorships, exhibits, vendors, promotions, and post-event follow-up.
  • Secure speaking engagements, panel opportunities, and thought leadership placements that enhance Cumming Group's market visibility and credibility.
  • Partner with regional leaders and business development teams to support market growth and client engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and managing regional marketing budgets, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create content highlighting projects, thought leadership, employee achievements, community involvement, and event participation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

The salary range for this full-time role is $95,000.00-$126,666.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
