Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and create a welcoming, friendly front office experience while directing visitors appropriately.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support, including handling mail, maintaining office and hospitality supplies, and working with building management as needed.
• Arrange and ship materials or packages to remote sales team members in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support meetings and office events by organizing refreshments, lunches, and other logistics.
• Run local business-related errands to help keep office operations efficient and on schedule.
• Assist executives with administrative tasks such as preparing and submitting expense documentation.
• Represent the company at community-facing events, including trade shows, career fairs, and other local functions.
• Help maintain an organized, well-kept office environment that reflects the company’s service standards.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with visitors, employees, and external contacts.• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adjust priorities in a busy environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with receptionist, front desk, or administrative support responsibilities.
• Strong time management skills with a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented presentation and a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is helpful but not required.
Compensation
