Remote Litigation Attorney / Legal Writer

Are you a strong legal writer who enjoys research, motion practice, and drafting persuasive briefs? We're partnering with a busy plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking a contract legal professional to help support a growing caseload.

What You'll Do:

• Draft motions, briefs, responses, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research
• Assist with discovery responses
• Support high-stakes litigation matters behind the scenes
• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

• Strong legal writing and briefing experience
• Experience drafting motions and conducting legal research
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Backgrounds We're Open To:

• Licensed Attorneys (TX or NM preferred)
• JD candidates with substantial legal writing experience
• Law Clerks
• Senior Litigation Paralegals with exceptional briefing and research experience
