Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team for a permanent, onsite Contract position. This role is well suited to someone who works carefully with high volumes of information, stays focused on repetitive tasks, and is comfortable using spreadsheets and data systems throughout the day. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate records and support payment-related data setup within a centralized processing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and verify large volumes of information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into the payment platform while checking for completeness and consistency.
• Review records for errors, missing details, or formatting issues and make corrections promptly.
• Support the setup and migration of payment-related services within the centralized payment engine.
• Maintain organized digital records and follow established procedures for data handling and entry.
• Meet daily productivity expectations while balancing speed with precision in a permanent onsite environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other detail-oriented administrative work.
• Strong accuracy skills with the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable using computers and entering information efficiently in multiple systems.
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including copying and pasting data between files and platforms.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to handle assigned work independently.
• Strong typing ability and confidence entering both text and numeric data.
• No licenses or certifications are required for this role.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
